Consumer, Agents and Non Property Management  Rental Application and Application Fees:

Before agreeing to rent to you, we require you to complete an application form and pay an application fee. Our application fee is any fee paid to the property manager on behalf of the landlord before a lease is signed to cover the cost of a credit check or other actual expenses related to processing your application. Our rental application fee is: $50 per adult (adult being anyone 18 years and older) The rental application IS NOT a lease. You will be given a lease to sign upon your acceptance to rent the property.
